I have Booster Sales Quantity Discounts activated and when I leave it activated everything works fine. However, I would like to eventually give discounts on groups of products for a period of time, so I installed the Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce plugin (by ORION), which you say is compatible. What happens is that if I take a product that has a discount applied by this plugin, and add the quantity necessary to the cart to have the discount through Quantity Discounts, the total and subtotal values do not match. They are calculated differently. Could you help me figure out how to fix it or point me to another plugin that doesn’t cause this problem?
Hello, Rutenio,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Could you provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Dear @Rutenio,
I hope this message finds you well.
Could you kindly provide us with the correct WP-admin access credentials, as the ones previously shared appear to be incorrect? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could confirm whether you have conducted a test using a default theme, such as Storefront. If so, could you please share the screenshots of the results from those tests?
Thank you for your cooperation.

You can use the old credentials, I have reactivated them again. I haven’t tested with other themes as this site is already in production.
Dear @Rutenio,
I hope this message finds you well.
Would it be possible for you to create a staging website where we can conduct tests using default themes? This would help us ensure that the issues you’re experiencing are not related to the default themes as well. Additionally, performing such tests on a live website can be quite risky, so we kindly ask that you reach out to your hosting provider to assist in setting up a staging environment for any necessary testing.
It is important for us to confirm from you that the issue is specific to our theme, rather than spending time troubleshooting if the same issue occurs with other default themes. This will also help us determine if the problem is related to a plugin that provides the feature in question.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I can do this, but for me this problem occurs when using Booster Sales Quantity Discounts together with a Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce plugin or some other discount plugin. I’ve already tested with 3 different ones and there are always problems in the final calculations. If you change to a standard theme there will be no Booster Sales Quantity Discounts so how will you be able to know where the error is to correct it?
Dear @Rutenio,
Thank you for reaching out.
You are correct in noting that the Sales Booster Quantity Discount feature is integrated exclusively with our theme and is not available with the default theme. However, we would like to inform you that it is not feasible to ensure proper compatibility with any third-party plugin that offers similar discount functionalities for your store’s products.
As a result, we kindly ask you to choose between using our Sales Booster Quantity Discount feature or the discount feature provided by the plugin. Unfortunately, using both simultaneously may cause conflicts, as they could override each other’s applied discounts.
We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any further questions.

I understand and agree that I shouldn’t be using 2 different plugins to apply discounts, however they do different things. Yours applies a discount based on the quantity added to the cart. The other is being used to apply a discount to only a few selected products, regardless of the quantity added to the cart. It could be done product by product, without a plugin, but with it I can group the products and apply them at once. It becomes easier to manage. Are you really unable to maintain these two types of discounts?
Dear Rutenio,
It is indeed possible to implement the requested changes, though it may require several customization codes. Please note that such customizations fall outside the scope of our standard support services.
However, if you would like to proceed with personalized customization, we kindly invite you to submit a request through our customization panel, which can be accessed via the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. This will allow you to collaborate directly with our technical team.
Please be advised that customization services may incur additional charges. The exact cost will be determined after a detailed review of your specific request.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you further.
