Website is breaking down again and again

Hi I am building my wesbite beta.jipanditji.com but often the sites gets break down and xstore theme page shows.
now when I trying to edit and publish the home page , it is not getting published it it giving me server error(error 500). I contacted my hosting provider and they are saying that the issue is with the theme.
Also my mobile website is broken
Please resolve the issue at the earliest as I have to make the site live

I checked my hosting provider , every thing is right, I did all the trouble shooting, removed plugins, stilll things are not working
Mobil website still broken
Elementor not at all loading, I cant edit the website

I have numerous times shared the videos and images and reported the issue, but I dont know why you are not seeing those.
Leave it , I do the cut short. I have attached a comparison image, we want our mobile layout to be actually look like an app as per the image attached for other website which is built on Xstore only, we tried every setting , but there is a glitch and we are not able to get the result
