Sticky Header Menus Not Redirecting Properly

On our website, some menu items in the sticky header are not functioning correctly and do not redirect as expected. However, all menu items in the main header are working and redirecting properly. How can this issue be resolved?

To assist you in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to provide us with a video of your actions and the problem. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.
Additionally, if you have recently made any changes to your theme or installed new plugins, please let us know, as this information could help us identify the cause of the problem.

Once we have this information, we will be happy to investigate further and provide you with the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Could you kindly review the issue once more? We noticed that the sticky header was being overlapped by other elements. After adjusting the z-index value of the sticky header, everything now appears to be functioning correctly.
