Add to cart confirmation not appearing on mobile

    Hi there

    I have an issue with add to cart on mobile not working correctly

    when you add something to cart it looks like it has not done anything at all, there is no confirmation of any kind but when you actually go to cart page the product has been added but it gives the user the impression it has not worked

    I think I may have found the solution, there is a setting in woocomerce to show cart after product added

    Hi

    Can you please confirm what this setting should be set to?

    You mention above to “UNCKECK” the option “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition.”

    If this option is unckecked the cart page on mobile does not appear after you add something to the cart

    If you wish to display the product-added notification in the form of a popup, alert, or off-canvas cart, please ensure that the option “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” is **unchecked**.

    However, if this option is **checked**, the system will automatically redirect users to the cart page after a product is successfully added.

    Ok now I understand

    The issue is then that when the option is unchecked no message is being displayed on mobile, in fact when you click add to cart on mobile it gives the user the impression that nothing has occurred.

    I currently have the option check as this does redirect to cart after the button is clicked so atleast the user can see a result

    We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been successfully resolved. Kindly clear your browser cache and check the updates on your end.

    We have added the Shopping Cart widget to the mobile header and configured the settings to display off-canvas. For your reference, we have included images in the private content area.

    Now, when a product is added to the cart on mobile, the off-canvas will appear as expected.

    If you wish to make further adjustments to the mobile header, you can do so by navigating to **XStore Builders > Header Builder** via Elementor.
