Media queries are ruining the design and we are unable to know the source for them or change it

We are having issues, with media queries, some changes are not taken, whatever we change the settings, can you help us?
@media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) {
@media (min-width: 600px) {
.elementor-97171 .elementor-element.elementor-element-7b26c8b5 {
width: 25%;
}
}
}

But we are encountering the same issue in the header and footers, we are doing workarounds for it, but can’t find the real cause for the problem.
