Request for Assistance with Notifications, Shipping Message, Cart Steps, and Rating Stars Implementa

1) I have implemented a feature to make notifications disappear after 2 seconds, and it’s working perfectly for success messages. However, it’s not functioning for error notifications. I would like all types of notifications to disappear after 2 seconds.

2) If no shipping method is selected, I would like to replace the default message with a custom message: “Please select the shipping method.”

3) On the cart page, when all products are removed, the empty cart message appears, which is fine. However, it also displays the steps: 1) Shopping Cart 2) Checkout 3) Place Order. I would like to hide this step information. Could you please advise on how to do this?

4) I want to hardcode rating stars throughout my website. Please let me know the best way to achieve this.
