Can not install plant store demo. All other demos are working fine

Hello dear best support Team. 🙂

We was able to install all demos. But only one demo we can not test.
We disabled all “not core” plugins.
Memory limit setup up to 4G.
Increased execution time to high value.
Max input vars up to 10000.
All requiered plugins are activated.

But its still not possible to install the plant store demo.
For example the startpage is always blank and only have background color but no elements.
If we open the startpage in elementor we can see no elementor widgets imported/added to startpage. Same issue on all other pages from this demo.

We already running all troubleshoot steps from your help docs but we was not able to fix it.
We give you permission to disable all plugins and enable only your core plugins. After that you can reset the theme and run import of plant theme again.

1/ We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

After resetting your website, please let us know, we will import the demo on your site.

2/ Additionally, please provide your site valid Cpanel access in the private content area.

Hello,

so only this demo will work only on fresh wordpress?
All other demos working fine.

We purchased +20 licence for all our clients one by one with their email and need to replace the current theme. But not possible because your theme demo plant only work on fresh wordpress.

If this is not possible we need a refund for all licence please.
We can not install for all clients fresh wordpress and move all their orders, products, categories, tags to the fresh wordpress only to be able to install plant demo. 🙁

Hello,

i send you the login and the plesk sub domain information in the privat content area. Its a big managed machine with 32 cores and 64G RAM. So not to much ressource is not the problem. 😉

Please try to find the problem in your demo why plant demo is not possible to use in a existing wordpress project. All other demos from you was working fine. But we need to use plant demo.

Hello, @Tommy,

This demo version uses containers instead of old sections, because of the Elementor plugin update. To solve the issue, we’ve activated them on your site via Elementor > Settings > Flexbox Container.
