Hello, @KSP ELECTRONICS,
Thank you for your prompt response.
1/ We have thoroughly reviewed your website and did not encounter any issues. The sticky header appears to be functioning correctly. For your reference, we have recorded a video demonstrating this, which you can view in the private content area.
We kindly suggest checking your website on mobile browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Safari to ensure everything is working as expected.
2/ It’s important to note that, in our opinion, this “glitch” is not related to the theme you’re using, as it can also occur with the default theme. You can try testing with a default theme as well. The main cause of this issue likely lies in the size of the content loaded on the page. As you know, each browser has its own unique features and bugs that can affect how content is rendered.
Here are a couple of questions for you:
Have you tried testing with a default theme, such as Hello Elementor or Storefront? Does the same issue occur?
Have you tested the website in other browsers? Is the issue consistent across them?
We hope this information is helpful.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
