Hello. Currently, there is a problem where the shipping cost is added to the total on the checkout page, but the shipping cost is not displayed separately. The shipping cost is calculated in the cart, but it is not displayed on the checkout page. When I change the theme, it appears fine, but when your theme is applied, it does not appear. Is there a way to solve this?

    Hello, @Shala,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ Please provide screenshots when you change the theme, it appears fine.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

First of all, when I checked with only Woocommerce, which is an essential plugin among all plugins, the shipping fee did not appear. It did appear when I changed the theme. First, I will send you our administrator information.

I’m asking because I’m wondering if there’s a way to make the shipping cost appear in the subtotal section on the right when it suddenly goes to the total. Is it difficult to make it appear on the right?

    Hello, @Shala,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ We have thoroughly tested the same functionality on our test site and did not encounter any issues. The shipping cost is correctly displayed in the subtotal section on the right, as expected.

It appears that the issue is specific to your website. For your reference, we have included an image in the private content area that demonstrates the correct behavior on our test site.

2/ Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the test.

We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

3/ To better understand the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating your actions and the problem. Please upload this video to any file-sharing service and provide us with the link.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving your query promptly.
