    Hello,

in 2016 first themes start with option to find a good product grid design. So the find the option and name “eual height” for that option to solve one bad looking effect: the stair effect of product grids if one product in grid have 2 line title and now review element, the other product in grid have 1 line title and review element.

Finally the image is in one line with all other images if you enable equal height.
Also title and all other elements will start at same position.
xstore start to have this option in 2024 and now we stuck also in this option with most simple reallife cases.

    1. Equal height is not added to all product widgets. So you can show your visitor good design in “product grid” widget, but if you use another one you will have a stair effect in the same page. How to explain this to your visitor and why not adding it to all grids that show products?

    2. Equal height is not added correct to product grid widget. You can give them a try in other themes and enable equal height. After enabled equal height we still have strange messy stair effect. Screenshot from equal height you give is in options in 2024: https://ibb.co/JH8kP1t

And this is what we have years before out of the box with another theme. Screenshot:

    Now i am asking you:
What do you prefer to show your customers and visitors?
This solution? https://ibb.co/JH8kP1t or this https://ibb.co/x3n671y?
We have wait to 2024 to have this simple equal height option and its still not possible to have a normal looking product grid. 🙁

I am very frustrated, because we have to talk about so simple basics of detailed onlinestores.

Do you plan to fix this issue soon?

    BR
