    Hello,

your equal height solution is so buggy and do not work powerfull like in other themes we used before.

Simple example from real business case:
You have a product with variation and next product in grid does not have variation.
All other themes we used before doing a great job and align most of all elements in same line.
    Check attached screenshot: https://ibb.co/xL98TM2
Result: Image, Title, Stock Status, Review… all are in same line in each grid element.

Now using xstore equal height solution in a not complex case and its complete messy.
    Check attached screenshot: https://ibb.co/pKbBJc3
Result: Only the add to cart is in same position. All other elements jumping around like a beginner designed this website. Now imagine you have a 15 product in a grid like this.
You going to like this design and you think its looking professional?

I dont wanna ask for something very. I only need basics of modern themes and i dont wanna ask for fancy ideas, only wanna have a modern and good looking store that does not jumping around.

Good looking store is for me to not have a messy product grid. The product grid is the most important element in ecommerce. And right now its realy looking ugly and messy. Please look at it and ask yourself -> Woud i wanna have a store grid like this in my business?

I hope you are not angry, i am only very frustrated that we have to talk about that in 2024 where good UX is very important in ecommerce.

    Dear @Tommy,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have successfully uploaded the improved CSS files to your website. However, it appears that some caches may need to be cleared before you can view the updated results. Could you kindly clear the CDN and any plugin caches you may have?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear @Tommy,

I hope this message finds you well.

    1. We have made modifications to the following files on your website by accessing the dashboard and navigating to Appearance -> Theme Files Editor:

    xstore/css/modules/builders/elementor/etheme-product-grid.css
    xstore/css/modules/builders/elementor/etheme-product-grid.min.css

Additionally, we used the Wappalyzer browser extension, which provided information regarding the use of a CDN on your website. You can view the details here: https://prnt.sc/xZvJptW-Z9kA.

    2. Please note that these changes will also be included in the next theme update.

    3. The result of the modifications can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/KI42M6XWrxFQ. Kindly ensure that your caches are cleared before testing, as we manually modified the CSS file on your website via the inspector to generate the screenshot.

Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Hello Jack,

that is strange. Because we do not use cloudflare. The nameserver is not nameserver and also the dns table is not in cloudflare. But okay, we will check that issue with cloudflare with our managed hoster support team today.

    Last but not least:
“3. The result of the modifications can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/KI42M6XWrxFQ. Kindly ensure that your caches are cleared before testing, as we manually modified the CSS file on your website via the inspector to generate the screenshot.”

Do you plan to add this modification to one of your next theme updates? Because its so important to have no stepping effect in a product grid. Mostly old stores have this effect which are not updated or using old theme without equal height option. But today its important to have everything in one line like other stores.
