Need help to delete an image wich appears on all pages and is not related to site

I need to delete an image that is showing on all pages, only on Desktop, wich is not relevant to the site’s products, I have removed all DEMO content images from the Media, but it still shows. Flushed CDN cache etc. Still there. Inspected the element i got the namee of the image and url but cant find it on theme to remove it. Need help
