Shop page than static banner is not displaying

When I am clicking on shop page than static banner is displaying and When I am click any categories then it is not displaying

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings first.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that you are utilizing a customizer layout for archive pages and a static block shop banner, which can be found under **XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop Page Layout > Banner Content**.

To display a banner for specific categories, you will need to add a static block shortcode. This can be done by navigating to **Edit Category > Description**, where you can insert the static block shortcode and save the settings.

For your convenience, we have included reference images in the private content area.
