Hi, we have a problem, when we have a page without products everything works fine, when we import products via XML (quantity 7452) the shop page does not open anymore. If I browse through other simple content pages the website works. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn’t work. The hosting says that no limits are exceeded. We tried to make a copy on localhost pc. Works the same way. Error: 500. We tried deleting the products, the page started working again. Maybe you can help. https://raskpreke.lt/

    Dear @inforena,

We kindly recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to investigate the root cause of the issue you are experiencing. They may be able to provide you with log files that contain details about specific actions or hooks that could be contributing to the problem.

Internal server errors (Error 500) are often caused by conflicts between plugins or themes. This typically occurs when certain plugins or functions within your WordPress theme are incompatible with each other or with the server environment, leading to errors during request processing.

Also, it might be possible that the PHP version installed on your server is causing such conflicts and you need to downgrade it to the previous one.

We hope this information helps you resolve the issue.

I repeat, we tried on localhost, everything is the same, we disconnect your plugin and everything starts. We have disconnected all plugins leaving only Elementor, Woo and your core. When you try to log in, even the admin part does not load properly. The error log does not show anything important and informative. If you want we can provide all logins.

    Dear @inforena,

I hope this message finds you well.

Have you considered downgrading the PHP version to something like v8.1? Please note that we are not experiencing similar issues on our websites, which suggests that this may be a localized issue specific to your website. It might be resolved by adjusting your WordPress settings or making necessary modifications.

Should you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Kind regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear @Inforena,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are reaching out again as we are still unable to load your website. It appears that our previous inquiry may have been overlooked, so we kindly ask for your attention to the following question:

“Have you considered downgrading the PHP version to something like v8.1?”

Additionally, we previously recommended that you contact your hosting provider regarding this issue, as the server logs may provide more detailed information about the problem.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

    Best regards,

I’ve already done it, I’ve tried many versions, before it was 7.4, now I’ve done 8.1. Still the page does not work. I emphasize, the page and categories don’t work, Single product and simple pages work.

    Dear @inforena,

I hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inquire about the status of your server log. Have you had the opportunity to reach out to your hosting provider to request detailed information regarding the error logs?

We have not encountered similar issues on other websites, which makes it challenging to pinpoint the cause of the problem on your site. Additionally, we previously recommended testing the site with default themes. Were you able to do so? Furthermore, have you tried deactivating the plugins one by one to identify if any of them might be responsible for the issue?

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your feedback.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

We tried to disconnect all plugins and noticed that even when we don’t visit the page but when we activate your core plugin, the admin part is stuck
