Dear X-STORE Developers,
I am currently facing an issue that I am unable to identify the cause of. I have tried various methods to resolve it but have been unsuccessful.
The issue is:
Upon logging into the store and accessing my account, I can see the remaining categories from my previous orders, downloads, addresses, etc.
However, when I attempt to click on any of the mentioned pages, I either get logged out or redirected to the MY ACCOUNT page. I have tried many times but couldn’t find a solution.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Okay.
Dear @Mohammed Hsanin,
We hope this message finds you well.
Could you kindly check if the issue persists when using a default theme, such as Storefront? We believe that the issue may not be directly related to our theme, but rather to the WooCommerce plugin or possibly a caching system on your server.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,

I tried and it didn’t work. I attempted many times.
Dear @Mohammed Hsanin,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
As per your message, you have conducted a test using the default Storefront theme and encountered the same issues with that theme active. Based on this, we can conclude that the issue you are experiencing is not related to our theme, but rather to the WooCommerce plugin or your server’s redirection configurations.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our position and the support guidelines on our forum. Our support is limited to bugs and issues directly related to our products. Since the issue persists even with the default theme, it is not connected to our theme.
We recommend that you contact your hosting provider for further assistance. Additionally, you may want to submit your query to the WooCommerce support team via the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
