Problem with GTM – Add to cart action in product carousel on home page

Hello,

On the home page I have 2 sections, one below the other.

The first is your product carousel, which I would like to have, but Google Tag Manager doesn’t read the add to cart action at all.

Below I added the second section “Products” and here GTM reads add to cart correctly.

Can we fix the product carousel to read add to cart GTM actions? (Screenshot section.jpg)

We would like to inform you that our new Elementor product widgets have been built from scratch and do not utilize the default WooCommerce hooks or filters within their content. It appears that your Google Tag Manager plugin adds custom HTML to the standard WooCommerce hooks.

In this case, we recommend reaching out to the plugin’s author to inquire about how to integrate their required code for Google Tag Manager with custom-built product structures.

Additionally, we kindly request that you provide us with the correct FTP access. This will allow us to investigate the issue further and potentially offer a solution. If feasible, we may also consider implementing the necessary adjustments in our theme in a future update, depending on the results of our review of the plugin’s code.
