Dear @Grace,
We hope this message finds you well.
We noticed that the breadcrumbs element on your site was set to “position: absolute,” which caused layout shifts across different devices. To resolve this, we have adjusted the element to “static” and positioned it above the product title widget.
We kindly recommend reviewing the Elementor editor documentation to enhance your skills in using the editor effectively. You can find helpful guides and tutorials here: https://elementor.com/academy/guides-and-tutorials/. The layout issues you encountered are likely due to a lack of familiarity with the editor, and improving your understanding will help prevent similar issues in the future.
Please note that our support team is dedicated to assisting with issues related to the products developed by our team. However, we are unable to provide additional customizations for individual customers, as this falls outside the scope of our support services.
We appreciate your understanding and adherence to the guidelines of our support forum. As per the Envato privacy policy, our support is limited to addressing bugs or issues directly related to our products.
