    1. I attached the screenshot in mobile device single product image gallery not properly showing

    3. pro elements did not update showing failed also plz check

    What browser and device do you use? Have you cleared the browser cache? Do you see the problem on every product page?

    we also use chrome after clear cache still not solving the problem

    We apologize for the delayed response, as it was due to the weekend.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    sometimes I forget bcoz I am managing more than 20+ Clients website monthly so I am really confused what update id the website.

    its my mistake i will correct that… its words hurt you just forget it please..

    hope your understand bcoz u also like me managing most website…

    Also i have one request if your not decision maker of the xstore theme company just update this message who is decision maker.

    Create some support desk for technical helps ..Bcoz, we mostly freelancer like to work your theme if you do this we help you sell your theme very fast over all world also most rural areas & cities..

    the only lag is support time if you build like (freelance community for xstore theme) it helps to support one by one.
