Please note that the product type selector you mentioned is part of the WooCommerce plugin and is not dependent on our theme. This means it should function the same regardless of the theme you are using.

To help us troubleshoot further, we recommend testing the email functionality by deactivating the XStore theme and activating the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
