    Hello,

I am contacting you because I found a big problem on my store with the Ajax Product Tab on my home page on mobile.

As you can see on the image, the first product of the tab is showing but when we scroll for others product nothing appears.

How can I fix this ?

    Thank you

Yes the issue is solved thank you.

Just I have another think that I don’t understand.

On the website I have 2 headers:
    – 1 header for the home
    – 1 header for other pages

The problem that I have is that the home header is present on other page, I check the condition, clear the cache but it is still a persistant problem…

    Here is some screenshot

    Hello, Doussia,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ). After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the result in the header. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary FTP access.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
