hi please check the infinite scroll is not working i tried everything still it didnt work now i am tired . pls fix it asap……….

1/ We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme additional code customization.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

FIXED: Theme default archive builder (Customizer -> Shop -> Shop Page Layout -> Pagination type). This patch addresses the reported issue.

its working in desktop but still not working in mobile…..

i checked it after clearing cache and still its not working .
Could you kindly check if there is any cache related to the mobile device? Everything is functioning perfectly on the desktop version. Additionally, we are currently unable to connect to your server via FTP.

i checked it i even opened it in a new browser still its not working i even attached a screenshot pls fix this issue. also if its possible do attach a screenshot showing the results next time from ur end in mobile device…….
