Hello
These seems to be an error in this plugin that is causing the website to not load properly, would you please have a look and advise what to do?
Hello, Birdlife,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Please provide FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
HI
Please check the private area
hello
would you please share an update
Dear @Birdlife,
I hope this message finds you well.
Unfortunately, the FTP access credentials you provided appear to be incorrect. Could you kindly verify and test the credentials on your end to ensure they are accurate?
Also, we noticed that it is unable to edit your home page with Elementor builder now so it might be caused by some additional plugins installed on your web-site. We can recommend you to test it with default theme such as Hello Elementor or Storefront and if the issue is still there then the issue should be related to the Elementor’s plugin code.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hi
Would you please try the new credentials
Hi
Still waiting your reply on this the website is not working for few days now
I disabled all plugins and elementor worked only when i disabled XStore Core
Dear @Birdlife,
We hope this message finds you well.
Firstly, we would like to clarify that our response times have adhered to the timeframe outlined in our support policy. Typically, we aim to respond within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, and within 48 hours over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday). In many cases, we are able to respond even sooner. We kindly ask that you avoid submitting multiple requests for the same issue, as this does not expedite the process and may cause unnecessary delays.
Regarding the issue you raised, we attempted to use the most recent FTP access credentials you provided, but unfortunately, they were incorrect once again. It is challenging for us to provide a working solution if the FTP access is either incorrect or changes frequently that not allowed us to connect. We kindly request that you verify the credentials before sending them to us, as this will help us use our support time efficiently and ensure we can assist you and our other clients in a timely manner.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
8Theme Support Team
If i knew that every respond will take 24 hours I would have never bought your theme, at this rate every case will take few days to be solved while the website is down, and that is nonsense!
Please don’t give me this lecture as your responds used to be swift and within few hours
I verified the credentials I sent above and was able to login!
Plus I mentioned that the plugin XStore Core is what is causing Elementor to not load but no response regarding this
Dear @Birdlife,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have enabled debugging on your website and identified that the issue was caused by incorrect URLs in the footer widgets. We have corrected these URLs, and the website is now loading properly.
Kindly review the site at your convenience to ensure everything is functioning as expected.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,

reminder
Hello, Birdlife,
The latest WordPress update v.6.7 caused the following problems:
Here is evidence that these issues have been raised not only on our forum but also in other plugin-related topics:
1. Showing all X results on category sites is not translated after update -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/showing-all-x-results-on-category-sites-is-not-translated-after-update/
2. Known issues with WordPress 6.7 -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/known-issues-with-wordpress-6-7/
3. Translations are no longer loading from the theme folder -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/translations-are-no-longer-loading-from-the-theme-folder/#post-18132409
We have tried to find a solution, but since this issue originates from WordPress itself, we are unable to resolve it directly. As a result, the temporary solutions we can offer at this time are:
1. Rollback your site to the previous WordPress version, where all translations were working correctly. Additionally, disable auto-updates on the server to prevent the site from automatically updating back to the problematic version.
2. Wait for WordPress to release an update that addresses and resolves this bug. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how long this will take.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will notify you immediately when a solution becomes available. Once resolved, we will release an update with the necessary fixes.
Thanks for understanding !
Kind regards,
The 8theme’s team
I have 2 other websites running Xstore theme and updated to the latest version of WP without any issues with the translation
you can see the attached images with the website displayed in Arabic
I rolled back the website to the previous WP version for this website and the issue is still there
Hello, Birdlife,
Please check if debugging is enabled on the other websites, and kindly provide us with access to the site experiencing the issue. Additionally, if you are using the latest version of Loco Translate, the problem may resolve itself.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
please check private content area
I am using translatepress
