Cannot import Demo Site Content. Please Help

    Hey all. I need some help with an issue I’m having while trying to import the demo site content.
    At the end of installation, I get a message saying:

    NFT Crypto Demo Installed! However, We’ve Encountered Some Errors:

    pages not installed πŸ™

    posts not installed πŸ™

    products not installed πŸ™

    static-blocks not installed πŸ™

    contact-forms not installed πŸ™

    mailchimp not installed πŸ™

    media not installed πŸ™

    menu not installed πŸ™

    etheme_slides not installed πŸ™

    I read about others similar experiences and increased my limits in .htaccess with the following lines:
    php_value post_max_size 128M
    php_value max_execution_time 3000
    php_value max_input_time 3000

    php_value upload_max_filesize 256M
    php_value memory_limit 256M

    My PHP version is 8.1.29

    I don’t know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated on this..

    Before proceeding with the import, please ensure that all third-party plugins are disabled. If this does not resolve the issue, we would be happy to assist you with the import process. In order to do so, we kindly request temporary wp-admin access.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Thank you so much for your help.
    I just tried disabling third party plugins which weren’t required by the theme and the problem persists with the same errors.

    Can you just tell me which email to enter when making the new admin account?

    I just made the account with my own email (I don’t think that matters).

    Login details in Private area. Thank you

    I see. So, how would I enable DOMDocument? Can you assist with that?

    Issue was resolved by downgrading PHP version from 8.1 to 8.0 πŸ™‚
