Hi Sir/Ms/Mdm,
We have just purchased xStore Template and deployed the template to our WordPress platform. Our developers tried adding a new product but encountered some errors considered as show stoppers. The list of issues are as follows:
1. Add New Gallery Images –
1.1 Nothing happens when we click the link to add more images. Expect a model or something to pop up to allow us to add more images.
1.2 We tried
1.2.1 Logging out and Logging In again
1.2.2 Clearing browser cache and history
1.2.3 Turning off our Internet Security
2. Add New Category
2.2 We tried
2.2.1 Logging out and Logging In again
2.2.2 Clearing browser cache and history
2.2.3 Turning off our Internet Security
3. Add New Brand
3.2 We tried
3.2.1 Logging out and Logging In again
3.2.2 Clearing browser cache and history
3.2.3 Turning off our Internet Security
In addition to the steps above to rectify the issues, we have tried:
1. Uninstalling WordPress and reinstalling WordPress
2. Using Child template then uninstall WordPress and reinstall using Parent template
However, issue persists.
Urgent, we need to deliver to our client asap. Appreciate your help to look into the matter for us.
Thank you
Hello, @Ju En,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

Best Regards,
