Upon reviewing the issue on our test site, we were unable to replicate the problem. It appears that the issue is specific to your website.

Additionally, after inspecting your website, we discovered that some themes are corrupted. The following error message is being displayed: “Installed but incomplete themes.”

To resolve this issue, we kindly request that you follow these steps:

1. Please ensure you take a complete backup of your website.
2. Navigate to the **WP-content/themes** directory and delete the existing XStore theme.
3. Download the XStore theme (version 9.4.4) from the following link: [XStore Theme Download]
https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
4. Reinstall and activate the XStore theme by going to **Appearance > Themes**.
5. After completing these steps, please check if the issue is resolved.

If the problem persists, we recommend keeping all third-party plugins deactivated and granting us permission to debug your site. This may involve deactivating all third-party plugins and any on-site customizations. This will allow us to investigate further and provide the necessary assistance.

Please remember to take a full backup of your site before proceeding with any changes.

done, no response.

I deleted theme and reinstall v 944

i deactived plugin but nothing

I resolve, i think svg is a problem.

Then can u check if i have problem again with theme?
