The category selected in product category filter can’t be loaded

Hi

I created two product archive templates by elementor plugin, one template is for all products , the other one is for “ÓPTICA” category.
I clicked the category “ÓPTICA” in the product category filter(woocommerce-category-filter widget) , but the “ÓPTICA” product archive page can’t be loaded. (The product archive area is created by xstore-product-archives widget)
I noticed that the other category such as “salud” (without specific product archive template) can be loaded very smooth.

I disabled the Xstore plugin then tried to create product archive page in the staging site by woocommerce-category-filter widget and elementor-product archives widget. I also created two templates as same as above. However,This issue disappeared.
