Unable to Import any demo Xstore theme as Next button is not populating

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:

We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site, and then import the demo on your site again.

Still unable to import the demo theme as there is no action item coming after clicking to import.

Thank you for providing the wp-admin login credentials.

Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that the existing content is already present prior to importing any demo.

1. We recommend performing the demo import on a fresh WordPress installation. To achieve this, you can use the **WordPress Database Reset** plugin, available at [this link](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin will allow you to remove all existing content and start with a clean installation.

Once you have reset your website, kindly inform us, and we will proceed with importing the demo for you.
