Single product main image size is too big

The single product main image size is too big. How to change it to optimal size.

What is the recommended size of the product image when I upload?

We are currently unable to log in, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/3RGFREqgeckE

XStore Builders > Single Product Builder with Elementor > edit template > edit width of columns. Specifically, you can reduce the width of the column containing the product image and increase the width of the adjacent column accordingly.

Zoom on hover shows the image in real size it was uploaded on the site.
