    Hello Dear Team,

I have used an element on my website that is also present in your theme preview. However, this element is animating in the theme preview, but on my website, it is not.

Can you please check why this is happening? I want the animation to work just like it does in the theme preview.

I’ve attached a screenshot where the element is placed at the bottom of my Home Page. Please check and let me know why the animation is not working there.

    Looking forward to your help.

    Best regards,
    BAGWANI

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The demonstration uses Lottie animations https://prnt.sc/5zQ_X-Osol7X > https://prnt.sc/inB_zYqpH5nI , but WordPress does not allow the import of such file types. Therefore, for the import process, they were replaced with static images https://prnt.sc/RCqCcg_SNeXv , which is why you received the result you did.

    Hello Team,

But in the preview of the 8theme, the animations are visible. So why are they not working on our website? Also, we haven’t changed the icons either.

If we want such animations on our website, what should we do? Please guide us.

    Thank You

    Hello,

“But in the preview of the 8theme, the animations are visible. ” – The demonstration uses Lottie animations https://prnt.sc/5zQ_X-Osol7X > https://prnt.sc/inB_zYqpH5nI
“So why are they not working on our website?” – WordPress does not allow the import of such file types. Therefore, for the import process, they were replaced with static images https://prnt.sc/RCqCcg_SNeXv
“If we want such animations on our website, what should we do? Please guide us.” – edit page using Elementor > set settings from our screenshots https://prnt.sc/5zQ_X-Osol7X > https://prnt.sc/inB_zYqpH5nI Where Lottie files should be your own. For example, you can find free Lottie files online.
Please be aware that it is not feasible to request the Lottie files from the demonstration, as you will need to replace them with your own files regardless.
