Hello XStore Support Team,
I have recently imported the XStore 9 theme demo and have been facing several issues while customizing my homepage:
Color Changes Not Reflecting:
When I try to customize the homepage color, the changes do not reflect properly on the frontend. I’ve adjusted settings both in Elementor and in the XStore theme settings, but the frontend always reverts to the default global settings. I have tried disabling cache, clearing it, and even forcing cache, but the issue persists.
Alignment Issues When Copying Sections:
When I copy a section in Elementor, the alignment doesn’t behave as expected. The copied sections align differently, and elements are often positioned incorrectly (e.g., instead of a vertical alignment, elements appear side by side).
Widget/Text Color Customization:
When I attempt to change the text color of a heading widget or banner text in Elementor, it does not apply on the live site. I have tried multiple options, including customizing colors at both the widget and global levels, but the changes are not taking effect.
Caching Issues:
I have also disabled all caching mechanisms, forced cache clearance, and cleared any browser cache. Despite this, none of the intended changes are reflecting properly on the frontend.
Could you please help me identify if there is any conflict between Elementor and XStore’s theme settings? Or is there a specific setting I am missing to ensure my changes get applied?
Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated as I am stuck despite trying all potential solutions.
Thank you in advance!
Also in footer when i add a new item the frontend alignment does not work from elemetor.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your site, and we will investigate the issue more thoroughly.
