I was trying to edit the product back in stock email but there appears to be a conflict with Xstore and my Villatheme email template customiser as a lot of my shortcodes aren’t there but appear if I deactivate the Villatheme ETC.
I would love to have this conflict resolved or maybe even use Xstore’s version but you don’t use blocks in yours like they do so I’d have to rebuild them instead of just transferring them.
Dear @Darren62,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you are utilizing multiple builders with similar features to create custom email templates, it is logical to expect potential conflicts. To avoid such issues, we recommend selecting the builder that best meets your needs and deactivating the others.
In the meantime, we will consult with our developers to assess compatibility and address this matter further. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Best regards,

The 8Theme Team
Hi Jack
That reply isn’t problem solving at all as it’s Xstore that has the waiting list feature that conflicts with the Villatheme custom email template builder.
It seems to me that Xstore’s email template builder is actually the free version of the pro version I use and please tell me how I can possibly use the waitlist if I can’t create an email template for it due to not getting the shortcodes as well as it interfering with other shortcodes as well?
It’s not logical to expect conflicts with a pro version of the free version Xstore implemented into your theme is it? If so please explain as the only difference is the blocks but even then that doesn’t account for the shortcodes missing.
