    Dear Xstore Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am requesting your assistance with a critical issue I am experiencing on my WordPress site: using the Xstore theme alongside the Xstore Core plugin.

Recently, I updated Elementor, which has caused my website to crash when the Xstore Core plugin is activated. When the plugin is enabled, I receive a critical error, and the site displays a white screen. Disabling the Xstore Core plugin partially restores functionality, but it leaves my site incomplete as it relies heavily on this plugin.

    Error Details
After enabling debug mode, I encountered the following error message:

Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the elementor-pro domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/u673830010/domains/amtinfotech.in/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on resolving this compatibility issue between Elementor and the Xstore Core plugin. If necessary, I am open to rolling back the Elementor update, but I would prefer to find a solution that allows both plugins to work together effectively.

If you require temporary admin access to investigate further, please let me know, and I can securely provide those credentials.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
