Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop Elements > Variation swatches > Type > change the “popup” to “default”.

Hello,

Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products design > edit Product content elements.
Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop Elements > Brands > Show on archives > Off.

Custom CSS code can be added in Theme Options – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/
Or you can use the Elementor plugin for all pages including Shop – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/ and edit styles of product name and price there – https://prnt.sc/CZ9qFDuBrTJ4
