    I use the elementer. What is the best way for me to translate the site into more than one language for browsers and for it to be free?

    Loco translate plugin is used for only a single language, If you want to use your site in a multilanguage, then you have to use WPML (paid) or Polylang plugin (free) as per your requirements: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/
