Sitemap: xml parsing error duplicate attribute

Hi,

Hello, I use The SEO Framework with your theme. I’ve realized that there is a problem with generating my sitemap. While opening a sitemap.xml file I’m getting an error:

XML Parsing Error: duplicate attribute
Location: https://xxx/sitemap.xsl
Line Number 7, Column 59:

I found on plugin support that your theme is a problem:

Could you help me to resolve this issue?

The example topic you referenced, which mentions that the issue lies within our theme, is quite outdated—approximately 2.5 years old. Since then, numerous updates and modifications have been made both to our theme and the plugin you are using.

We kindly recommend that you first verify whether the issue persists when using a default theme, as suggested by one of the support managers of the Sitemap plugin. If the issue is confirmed to occur only with our theme, we would be happy to investigate it further for you. However, if the problem is unrelated to our theme, we advise contacting the plugin’s author for further debugging assistance.

Hi,

Yes, problem occurs only with xstore theme.

With other themes sitemap shows normally.

You can check with new wordpress install.

Sitemap doesn’t work only with xstore theme.

Could you check this or I have to change plugin?

Hi,

I changed the plugin and solved the problem with sitemap.
But Seo framework has more than 200k+ installs.

I think that you should put some effort and resolve this issue.
