Hello, @pageantapp,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

Hello Tony, I sent this issue to Dokan also and followed their suggestions and made a video screen recording ( https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cZlfblnnXNu ) and it shows the results. I followed your suggestions also.in short it may be a theme issue because when switched to the wordpress default theme Twenty-twenty two, I was able to add products, but Im not sure. I have given admin, vendor, staging site and FTP access so you could possibly check it.
here is the screen recording
https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cZlfblnnXNu
see private for other info. I have a complete backup my site.
P.S this is what Dokan suggested:
*Deactivate all plugins except Dokan, Dokan Pro, and WooCommerce.
If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, then –
*Switch to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
*Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try again.
If the problem gets resolved, it can be said that there is a conflicting theme or plugin on your site. To find the responsible theme/plugin, kindly perform a proper conflict test. You can follow this documentation to trace the responsible plugin/theme.
If you successfully find the conflicting plugin or theme, kindly contact the respective theme/plugin support for better guidance.
Next Steps:
If there is no conflict, please share the following credentials of your staging site so that we can investigate the issue.
In that case, take a complete backup of your site and allow us to investigate it in every possible way. Also, share the following details:
*Site URL (Staging Site)
*Temporary admin login details. You can read the doc to know how to share admin credentials.
*FTP Details (Code access to debug). If you do not know how to create an FTP account, please contact your hosting provider for further help.
*Test Vendor Account
We always prefer a staging site for the deep investigation of the website to avoid any kind of issues to the main site. Please confirm that you have taken a complete backup of your site. I will be unable to move forward.
