    Dear @Grace,

We hope this message finds you well.

The issue you are experiencing with the home page refreshing when clicking on the mobile menu element appears to be related to the structure of your header. Specifically, the custom width settings applied to the containers in your header are causing overlapping of elements, which affects the functionality of the mobile menu.

To assist you further, we kindly ask you to review the details provided in the private area. As a potential solution, we recommend importing one of our prebuilt header templates. Once imported, you can test whether the elements function correctly. If the issue is resolved, you may then gradually replace the prebuilt header elements with your desired design components, ensuring to check for any overlapping issues during the process.

Please note that while we do not provide additional customization services, we are happy to identify the issues and offer suggestions to help you resolve them effectively.

Should you have any further questions or require clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello @Grace

Such issue is not related to our theme. Please, check the actual plugins installed on your web-site and the server configuration.

    Thanks for understanding !

Hi, I’m sorry but yes it is. There’s no other way. I’ve attempted to locate the “plug-in” issue multiple times to no avail. don’t have any theme related to account function and I also can’t log out from the off-canvas dropdown:

Also, my previous header used the pre-built sticky header template. But, this is a brand new template and as you can see in the video:

the only content with column sizes that won’t adjust are the x-store items which is causing the overlap. The third-party currency plug-in adjusted fine.

    Dear @Grace,

The width options for Containers that you are currently referring to and modifying are part of the core functionality of the Elementor plugin. These options are provided by Elementor as a basic feature of their system. For more detailed information on configuring Containers, you can refer to their official documentation here: https://elementor.com/help/container-element/.

If you encounter any bugs specifically related to our elements, we would be happy to assist you. However, we kindly recommend familiarizing yourself with the correct structure and usage of these basic elements. In many cases, setting the width for each container may not be necessary, though it could be required in certain scenarios.

    Thank you for your understanding.

The problem isn’t my familiarity as an Elementor Rep was having the same issue when attempting to help me.

But, it’s okay I was able to figure it out.
Can I get help with the log in issue?

Hi! This is an urgent matter as this issue could drive potential customers away because they won’t be able to access their points for the current deal I have going on. Please respond as soon as you can.

I’ve also found an issue with the login placement making my website look visually broken.
