    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Please set an administrator role for the user you created for us.

2/ To add Google Tag Manager (GTM) code, you can insert it into the header or footer of your site. This is often done through the 3rd party plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-headers-and-footers/ , or by editing the header.php file (copy file from the XStore parent theme to the child).

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear @uttam pradhan,

We hope this message finds you well.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to access your website as it does not seem to be loading. As a result, we are unable to review it at this time.

Regarding your query, we previously recommended using a plugin that allows you to add custom code to the head tag. We kindly suggest referring to the documentation for the plugin to proceed with this solution.

Alternatively, you can add custom code by copying the xstore/header.php file to your child-theme/header.php and inserting the required code there. However, we strongly recommend using the plugin-based solution, as it is a more efficient and reliable approach compared to directly modifying files in the child theme.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, uttam pradhan,

Unfortunately, we are still unable to access your website. We have tried using various VPNs, but this has not resolved the issue—the site remains inaccessible. Could it be that a whitelist or some other restriction is in place that might be preventing us from loading the site?

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
