Hello, Wishlist page doesn’t open on mobile, goes to the home page, with pc everything is fine, can you help?

1/ We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme additional code customization.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

I don’t understand, we have folders there, I have commented (renamed) everything, but nothing has changed, what else can it be, where else to look in the child theme? All the folders that are here, in fact, created with you for the entire existence of the site…
You wrote in the last thread that you don’t update plugins and themes yourself, I see that updated + still haven’t turned back on the part…

2. We kindly recommend always using the latest versions of WordPress, the XStore theme, the core plugin, and other associated plugins to ensure optimal performance and to avoid any potential issues.
Please note that we have only updated the WPBakery plugin and the WooCommerce plugin on your website.
