I put my email in the contact form in theme options but after i send the contact form i get: “Error while sending a message!”
If i try again the cap code is not refreshing and i get: “The security code you entered did not match. Please try again.” If i do a page refresh and the cap code is different i go back to : “Error while sending a message!”
Please help.

Yes, i removed the website field and made translations.

Mail function is disabled on a server where your site is located, that’s why emails from your site can’t be sent.
Please ask your host to enable this function.

Hi eva, sorry for my late reply. My contact form error exists under the contact form that popup under the right bottom corner but not the contact form in the contact us page.
everytime when i insert some info in the form and error keep on mention something when wrong.
May kindly please advice.

The problem is you didn’t specify email address where to send offline messages.
Go to Chat Console > Options > General Settings tab > “Where should offline messages go?” > write your email address.
