Product page gallery image thumbnails overlapping main image

In my product page template I’m using the “Thumbnails bottom” option to display gallery thumbnails under the main product page. This displays correctly in the preview, but when I visit my page the product page displays the thumbnail images overlayed on top of the main product page.

Can you let me know if its a but or what could be causing this? I have the same issue on three separate installations.

To assist in resolving the issue you are experiencing, we kindly recommend the following steps:

1. It appears that the issue may be related to caching. We suggest reaching out to your service provider and requesting them to disable the server cache (CDN) and completely flush the server cache.

2. For your reference, we have provided an image in the private content area.

3. After the above steps are completed, please clear your browser cache and check the issue again.

If the changes appear correctly in the Customizer but not on the live site, it is likely a cache issue. Ensuring that it functions correctly in the Customizer should reflect the same on the front end.

Hi,
Thanks, I enabled development mode on cloudflare and purged the cache there. I see you disabled my caching plugin also so now there should be no caching involved. But the problem appears to persist.

If I edit the product page template, I see it as it is on the website (with the thumbnail images merging into the main product image, but If I change the setting from thumbnail bottom to thumbnail basis, then it displays as it should on the preview, but still on the live site it doesn’t show the images correctly.

To address the issue, we have added custom CSS code under:
**XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS**

For your reference, we have also provided images in the private content area.
