Similarly to my previous topic where Brands filter was not updating after changing Brand of a product and it was solved by clearing the transients from Woocommerce > Status > Tools. However, I couldn’t find a way to fix this even by disabling almost all of my plugins.

    Hello, Marios D.,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that the issue is occurring on a page associated with a custom taxonomy named “car-model.” Unfortunately, we are not aware of how this taxonomy was added, and as such, we cannot guarantee the compatibility of our functionality with custom code.

We kindly recommend reaching out to the developers responsible for this functionality (the “car-model” taxonomy) to inquire about the proper method for clearing the cache.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I’ve added this custom taxonomy as it is essential for car parts eshop. It’s everything about it in my plugin called Car Models Plugin and I can provide any information you may need.

I can also provide the source code to you if it’s usable for Xstore’s functionality. Without asking anything back of course. I just love Xstore and if it icludes the tools I need to work more efficient it would be great.

    Hello, Marios D.,

We can explore the possibility of adding compatibility with the “Car Models Plugin.” However, to proceed with the development, we would require an appropriate environment to work in. Ideally, this would be a staging version of your website, complete with FTP access. Please note that file managers or control panels alone would not be sufficient for this purpose.

Alternatively, you may send us the plugin files for “Car Models Plugin,” and we will attempt to replicate the issue locally on our end. However, the preferred and most effective option remains working on a staging environment.

We look forward to your response and are happy to assist further.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Oh great!

I have created a staging website and enabled FTP access for it.

Hopefully that provides easy access to do whatever you need, but if you need anything else please let me know.

    Thank you,
    Marios
