I am experiencing an issue with my online store, which uses the XStore theme and WooCommerce. The problem is as follows:
Incomplete Product Display on Shop Page: Some products are not fully appearing on the shop page, which negatively impacts the shopping experience for my customers.
Products Not Showing in Certain Categories: When browsing specific categories, no products are displayed, even though these products are published and properly categorized.
I have already taken several troubleshooting steps, including updating the theme and plugins, disabling other plugins to check for conflicts, and re-saving the permalink settings, but the issue persists.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible? It is affecting my store’s sales and customer experience.

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).

i don’t understand i changed the theme and my woocommerce work and solved the problem, but when I reactive the Xstore the problem went back
