Hello,
I am using the XStore theme on my WordPress website, and I am facing an issue when customizing sections using Elementor. The globe styling that should be applied to the customized sections is missing on the user-facing end but appears correctly in the Elementor editor.
I have uploaded screenshots showing the difference between the editor view and the live user view for your reference.
Additionally, I have tried this theme on different domains, and the same issue occurs across all installations, which indicates this might be a theme-related problem.
Could you please look into this and let me know the cause and solution for this issue?
Looking forward to your assistance.
Hello, @Arslan,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Afterward, please disable the Cache plugin, CDN, and the server cache, clear your browser cache, and check again.
If this doesn’t help, Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your site, and we will investigate the issue more thoroughly.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
