Hello there!
Thank you for providing us with excellent themes.
I am designing a WooCommerce website which should be in two languages, English and German.
What plugin do you recommend I use (the plugin most compatible with theme)?

Im not an expert or anything but maybe loco translate or gtranslate would suit you

Loco translate plugin is used for only a single language https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ , If you want to use your site in a multilanguage, then you have to use WPML (paid) or Polylang plugin (free) as per your requirements: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/
