    Hello, @Kara,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Translation of WooCommerce (woocommerce-tr_TR.po) has tr_TR text domain on your site, but the theme and Core translations ( xstore-tr.po xstore-core-tr.po ) = tr only. Please change text domains tr_TR, sync translation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , try to find and translate stings.

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, @Kara,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

To translate the currently untranslated strings, it seems that the .pot files may need to be regenerated. For this, we kindly request FTP access from you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
