We need your assistance with several issues raised during development of website. We’ve searched web and especially threads here, but no luck finding working solution for us or answers were like “hey, pls give credentials to admin” and then problem solved 🙂 That’s why asking for your help.
1. Mobile menu behavior. When drop-down items added parent is only used to toggle open-close behavior, but link is unclickable. And I can fix this on main menu by adding the same link inside dropdown, but this won’t work for categories. Perhaps make arrows to the right bigger and leave open-close behavior only to them?
2. Newsletter popup is not working. We’ve tried to activate Header Builder via Customize menu, like few similar topics suggests, but still not working.
3. Popup ‘somebody just bought..’ doesn’t save settings when edited.
Pls help fix this 🙏

To address your concern, we have enabled the **Header Builder** by navigating to:
**Customizer > Header Builder > Mobile Menu > Dropdown Opening Action > On.**
You can further customize the header according to your preferences by going to:
**XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder.** Once you’ve made the desired changes, please remember to publish them.
Additionally, we have recorded a video tutorial for your reference. You can access the video through the link provided in the private content area

Regarding fake popup somebody just bought, we’ve read docs and simply try to change cities, but no luck. List stays the same with customers from around the globe.
Pls advise what we do wrong?

Settings of Fake Sale Popup can be saved now. Please check.
Found that the issue was caused by saving emojis. Save your locations without emoji, for example, https://prnt.sc/IQogaQrdJNsZ
Also, contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix the DB field’s collation type that didn’t support all emoji. Probably it is set to utf8_general_ci.
Solution: Change the field collation type to utf8mb4_general_ci to support longer-byte emoji.

Hosting support changed the field collation type to utf8mb4_general_ci and now it works.
