The site not looking like the preview when installing a demo

I installed a demo to start from there but when i install it the theme doesnt look like it, home page with no photos, the text and forms with no style etc

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Before proceeding with the import, please ensure that all third-party plugins are disabled. If this does not resolve the issue, we would be happy to assist you with the import process. In order to do so, we kindly request temporary wp-admin access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I installed all the plugins and still not working
