CLEAR SHOPPING button is clearing the cart after ~9 seconds and thus causing confusion

Steps to replicate:
1) Add products to bag
2) Navigate to cart page
3) Click on CLEAR SHOPPING CART button
4) Click on YES on the modal asking are you sure
5) Validate that all the products in cart should be removed from cart after confirming

Expected Result: The items in shopping cart after confirming on the modal
