My appearance categories all of a sudden gone

I was adding my categories to my appearance menu and they just disappeared. I have lost all my work on my menu categories in appearance from the past 4 weeks! I contacted Dokan and they replied back stating the problem was with the theme author

PROBLEM SOLVED! I did a website restore to earlier backup and it worked all product categories restored in appearance menu (see scree recording )
